Beginner
3 days per week, optional 4th glute day

Glute Baddie Foundations is designed for women who are just getting into lifting or returning after a break. You’ll train three times a week with the option to add a fourth day focused entirely on glutes. Workouts are dumbbell-based, glute-focused, and easy to follow. No barbell squats. No overcomplicated movement patterns. Just simple, smart training that helps you feel stronger and more capable.

This is Phase 1 of the 4-part Glute Baddie Series. Each session helps you build confidence, develop good form, and create consistency in your routine. Foundations is your entry point to better glute growth and stronger habits, without giving up your lifestyle

Glute Baddie Grow

Intermediate
4 days per week

Glute Baddie Grow takes your training up a level with four structured workouts each week. You’ll use dumbbells and other minimal equipment to build muscle, improve control, and continue developing strong glutes and full-body strength. Each session includes targeted glute work, tempo-based lifts, and core training designed to challenge you without overwhelming your schedule.

This is Phase 2 of the Glute Baddie Series. It’s made for women who want more direction, more intensity, and real progress they can feel week over week. The workouts are clear, repeatable, and built to help you stay consistent.

Glute Baddie Pro

Intermediate to Advanced
4 days per week

Glute Baddie Pro is for women who are confident with the basics and ready for more focused programming. You’ll train four days a week with structured sessions that include tempo work, progressive glute hypertrophy, and dumbbell-based lifts. Each workout balances intensity with recovery, helping you train effectively and stay consistent.

This is Phase 3 of the Glute Baddie Series. It’s designed to keep you building strength and size with intention. You’ll lift heavier, move with more control, and challenge yourself in a way that still fits your lifestyle.

Glute Baddie Expert

Advanced
4 days per week

Glute Baddie Expert is the final phase of the Glute Baddie Series, built for advanced lifters who want a clear, challenging plan that continues to deliver results. You’ll train four times per week using focused glute activation, tempo lifts, core work, and minimal equipment. Every session is designed to push your strength without burning you out.

Expert is for the women who have stayed consistent and want to keep growing. It’s direct, effective, and built to support your next level of training.

About Jordan

Hi, I’m Jordan. I’m a certified personal trainer and creator of Grow with Jordan. I help women feel strong again without having to give up their social life or sanity. However, this started long before I launched my app.

I grew up active and confident. Sports and cheer were my thing. Fitness was fun, not complicated. But after college, things shifted. I went through breakups, burnout, hormone issues, and thyroid problems that completely threw me off. I lost control of my energy, my body, and my mindset. I felt stuck, and I hated how far I had strayed from myself.

Getting back to the gym wasn’t easy. I had anxiety. I didn’t feel like I belonged anymore. But I started small. I worked on my mindset, my nutrition, and my routine. I learned how to build strength without burning out. I stopped chasing perfection and focused on consistency. That changed everything.

Now, I coach women who are in the same place I was. They’re done with extremes and tired of feeling like they’re always starting over.
